This place has such a horrible service. I was there with my two friends yesterday and the waitress seemed annoyed because one of my friends arrived when she had already given us the bill. My friend was just going to have some coffee anyway. This waitress never came to ask if he wanted something. I was really sorry to have taken them to this dinner. To the owner I would say: check the way your workers are behaving with your customers. People are not asking anything for free so they shouldn't get this type of attitude. At the end we pay for our bill but certainly we are not coming back.

Nice place to eat good food and big portions. Staff is very friendly and your food comes out fast. My only complaint is their hours. It'd be nice if they were 24 hours since there are so many bars around. It would be nice to have a couple of drinks then have a late night meal.

Never had a problem here, food always good, left valuables behind plenty of times, my wallet, my phone, my watch, never stolen very honest, tons of family go to Austin house, very comfortable lots of laughs....

I walked in and was not acknowledged. I sat at the counter and waited for a placemat and cutlery. The only offer I got was for the menu. I had to ask for coffee refills. No one asked how I was doing or if the meal was ok. I ordered bagel and lox delux. I got almost burned bagel and a square cut of cream cheese on top with lung strips of lox laid over it. I had to ask for another portion of cheese and spread it in the bagel and cut the lox myself. So it's self assembly. Who knew? Not a fan won't be back.
