I recently had an engagement party and Chef Louis made it a great experience for everyone. From start to finsh, the food was prepared with extreme precision and culinary excellence. From the presentation to the savory taste of every bite, his menu and its components surpasses all expectations I had. He is doing my wedding because I'm certain Chef Lou will make it the most memorable event in the live's of every guest.
