- Excellent #150327

David Chang is a master. The sous vide duck wraps... unreal. Also did the duck liver pate. A gluttonous adventure if you are a fan. I recently did his pork sausage dish at In Situ in SF, paying homage to a highly respected culinary accomplishment.
