Very fast and responsive! Will answer all of your questions, process the paperwork on a timely manner, the price is very reasonable. I wish I had known about this Law firm when we first started to rent. If you prefer communication via email, the responses are very quick! Will definitely use again. The reason I did give it 5 stars because we did not go through the full eviction process as the tenant vacated the premises on a timely manner as requested.

As soon as my fiancée and I walked in , we both felt very comfortable and at ease . We were seen by Mr.Moshe Nachum . He was extremely informative and gave us a step by step scenario of how things were going to go if the tenant that we were trying to evict didn't leave the premises after receiving the 30 day notice. My fiancée were both happy to see the tenant leave well before the 30 day notice and knowing that we didn't have to spend a lot of money to get this accomplished .

If you are a landlord and need a lawyer for an eviction, talk to Robert Mizrahi (NY). He was efficient. responsive and made an unpleasant task relatively painless. I got excellent service throughout the entire process,
