Extremely unhelpful and not knowledgeable of the law at all. Called for simple form requests and was told they couldn't get what I needed, but for $500 they could write me an unofficial letter. Called up another lawyer, literally the first one that came up, Mr. Luke Scardigno, and for $210 he was able to collect all the official documents I needed. Spodek Law Group is unhelpful, ignorant of the law, and overpriced.

I am happy to write a review for the Spodek Law Firm. I consulted with a lot of lawyers. They represent clients in civil medicaid fraud cases and criminal medicaid fraud cases and seemed most knowledgeable. I liked that if the investigation went bust they could represent me going forward.

I received a letter requesting that I came down for an interview at 151 W. Broadway. On the bottom of the letter it said I can bring an attorney. Basically the allegation was that I was not entitled to benefits when I received them. I searched online and found an website dedicated to NY medicaid fraud investigations. Very informative and called and spoke to Todd Spodak. Answered all of my questions. I paid the legal fee online. Case is now over. Very pleased with the out come.

Todd represented me in my DWI in Manhattan. I get arrested, and called my wife. My wife has no idea what to do. She goes on and comes across Todd's website. She calls him up and hires him over the phone. She pays a lot of money upfront to someone she never met! The best money we ever spent! On top of the arrest, my license being suspended automatically the Police took my car. Getting the car is back is an exercise in futility. It is impossible. I went down to the Pound 3x with the DA's release and everything to retrieve it and they couldn't find the car. Todd came down with me to the Pound brought everything and got them to waive all of the fees. I got the impaired! I keep his number in my cell phone. Thank you.

Buying an apartment in Manhattan is scary. You don't have anytime to think through the decision. Every open house is packed, every offers gets outbid. I didn't understand the "closing" process at all. My broker referred Spodek Law Group and I could not have been happier. Everyone was awesome and super helpful. All the documents are shared online, billing was done online, and I received everything on a jump drive. Honestly, A+.
