Didn't try to over sell me. I brought on my synthetic oil and filter and they charged for labor. Everyone's happy.

The guy at the front desk (Larry or Jerry or whatever he called himself) is EXTREMELY rude and will also try to rip you off. Take your business elsewhere. Will never visit again, nor will I ever refer someone here. It's not as if this is the only auto shop in the town, let alone downstate NY.

I had no experience with these people. I barely stayed here 5 mins. The guy in the office(Larry) had a nasty attitude. He had no interest in helping me. He was asking me questions about the procedure, when it was entirely his job to know. And every time I asked questions, which is my right, because its my car, he answered it with sarcasm. He didn't even bother to look under my car, just gave me a price(which was a rip off). That's it. Didn't ask me when I can bring it in or if I would like to set up an appointment. Nothing. He just continued doing his paper work and pretended I was dead. He pissed me off!!! I got the hell out of there bcuz I did not want to do business with rude, uncivil, impolite, discourteous, and impolite people. I don't understand why people gave them 5 stars. And I gave it a 1 bcuz zero wasn't an option.

I've been going to the Meineke in New Hyde Park for 7-8 years and have never been disappointed. I don't have to worry about being over charged nor having work being done that is not necessary. I live in port washington and I rather drive to New Hyde Park instead of taking my car to the Meineke in Port Washington because I rather not worry about the level of service. Jerry (manager) is fair, honest, and a great guy. I hope they never change the way they do business.

First time stop here. The staff was very efficient and professional. The best thing about this location is that they do great work, they're quick and they don't try to over sell you on things you don't need.
