Awful services here the management is very poor winter time he runs the a/c in the playground kids where getting frozen I asked if he can turn it off he said it was getting fix by people on the roof I when out and check no body in the roof this gentleman is really stupid

If I could give it zero stars I would. Horrible service inside the restaurant. Had to make a scene to get my order. The franchise expanded the drive thru to make more money there and screw the customers inside. Pick another restaurant and save yourself the grief

Why is everyone complaining and threatening to never come back? You act like you are so important. A few customers with a bad experience is not going to hurt the place at all. Sure the customer is suppose to leave satisfied but the bitching needs to stop. It was probably busy or they were understaffed or many other reasons.. does it hurt to ask? I waited for 30 minutes before but you dont see me bitching. lol Dont expect drive thru to be perfect. If you see the lobby packed you will understand why mistakes happen.
My experience for 3 different visits... mistakes happened, but unlike you guys, I CHECK MY FOOD BEFORE I DRIVE OFF.

The only time I leave satisfied is if I check my food before I pull off the drive thru. It's ridiculous! I shouldn't have to open up my food to make sure these people got my order right!! I was there this morning and got a biscuit with sausage when I ordered a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese. The biscuit was hard unable to even take a bite. The hash brown tasted like it had been sitting there since 5am! I'm disgusted with this place!!!

This place is so cheap they want the money & the food all they give is one napkin & no condiments. LooK the Vanilla ice cream cone pic. And they don't have the soda machine out in the dining. Cheap so cheap. No even receipt, there not paper. What a joke.
Hope somebody build a WENDY'S close to this mc.
