Food was good. However, service was not. Asked to sit upstairs and once we did management told us to move. We mentioned how we had asked during transaction to sit upstairs. They 'allowed' us to continue sitting in our seat, but made the experience awkward and uncomfortable. Management punished hourly staff and belittled them in front of us. Would not go again. Experience was so awkward.

Overall it's good. The rotesserie chicken was good.

I've known the place since it opens for the first time,now I live in SC and is always my first stop when I go back. Their chicken with their hot sauce is the most delicious thing to me, it just gets better every time.

I've been going here for years, chicken and sauce is always great, packed on Saturday afternoons usually from 3:00 - 4:00, with 3:30 extremely packed, but sometimes it might go down or switch times because people realize that at those times its full so they go at different times thinking they're being ahead of the game and nope everyone else thought of the same thing and here it is full and a huge line, also the line goes out through the door and onto the street on Holidays, mainly Christmas and New Years, maybe Thanksgiving. 2:30 might be getting full, you run the risk. But foods good, and so is price, except for the fries which are expensive as Fck, they used to only be 1.25 now they're almost $3 so yeah.
