Ice cream machine never works...

This McDonald's is the worst ever!!! There are so many teenage kids that are LOUD and ANNOYING!!!! They run around like its their playground! They hang out in the parking lots and block the parking spots and people can't park there because of them!!! This McDonald's never has ice cream! Their ice cream machine is ALWAYS broken!! That has been like that for the past few months!!! I HATE THIS MCDONALDS!!!! The worst I have been to!!! STUPID TEENAGERS THAT GO TO SCHOOL OVER HERE COME HERE AND RUIN THIS MCDONALDS!!!! STOP COMING HERE AND RUINING PEOPLES LUNCH!!!! THEY TAKE UP THE WHOLE ENTIRE RESTAURANT WITHOUT ORDERING ANY FOOD!!! DO YOU THINK THE MANGER CARES? NO!!!!!!!!!! THESE KIDS NEED TO KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE! LARCHMONT MCDONALDS IS BETTER AND DOES T HAVE THESE ROTTEN TEENAGERS!!! DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE HERE BECAUSE YOU ARE ONE OF THESE ROTTEN TEENAGERS!! YOU WILL REGRET COMING HERE!!!! LARCHMONT IS A BETTER NEIGHBOR HOOD THAN THIS NASTY BRONX!!! THIS NEIGHBORHOOD IS VERY BAD AND THERE ARE SO MANY BAD TEENAGERS THAT COME HERE!!! SORRY MCDONALDS YOU LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER THAT IS NOT NASTY AND A ROTTEN TEENAGER!!!!

I was here and was overcharged... it seems the manager doesnt know how to do the math either. It was a difference of cents... But it's the principle of stealing from a paying customer. I had to show her how she was wrong, she told the cashier to give me my refund and walked away. by the time I got my food, it was cold and my burger had an orange spicy sauce... I could not eat it. I was so pissed off I waited for my girlfriend to finish her cold mean and we left. I understand people make mistakes and they are busy too.. This is actually a managerial problem. The person who made the schedule probably dropped the ball. This shift was set up for failure. I visited on october 12th around 3:29... The cashier seemed new to the job, If this is the case, why put her on for a busy shift???? who ever made the schedule was thinking about something else, clearly not about any business concern. Do not visit this location. Also One other thing I noticed, This location is right off I95, I think they give the drive through customers preference over Dine-In customers. This is a shame, I should have not parked and gone inside.

Free Wifi, let's start with that. I love getting my oatmeal cookies and coffee here. The bathroom and dining area is always clean. The cashier's need to listen a bit more carefully to order customers make is my main opinion. It's a pretty decent spot for kicking back and enjoying your food.
