Many options in where to eat in bay plaza but most of the time ended up here. Great taste in food, especially the Frontega chicken panini. Recommend this place to shoppers.

GREAT FOOD BUT TOO EXPENSIVE AND THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I TRIED TO INFORM HIM THE LADIES REST ROOM WAS A DISASTER. WE HAD A CHICKEN SALAD THAT CAME WITH A LOBSTER TAIL AND AN APPLE WITH TAX ALMOST $17 AND THAT DIDN'T INCLUDED MY BAGEL W/CREAM CHEESE AND 1 DRINK!!

Worst Panera Bread I've ever been too! They are nasty & rude. Plus they ALWAYS mess up my order! Yesterday a female manager messed up my order & when I tried to tell her she rudely told me that I have to wait! Then she never came over to me! I then explained this to another employee who said sorry but did nothing to help me! Also the quality of the food us not up to par! The staff is unknowledgeable about its products or just get annoyed with any questions. I normally try to avoid this location because I have never had a pleasant experience there! I will NEVER go back there again! I called the 800 number to complain & was supposed to get a return call within 4 hours...I got a call the next day! But spoke with Marie who was very pleasant and courteous & will have someone from the store call me.

You can never go wrong with food here. It may be expensive for some but well worth it. I especially enjoy the 'Creamy Tomato Bisc' and encourage all who haven't tried it to try it.
