I went in today to get my car serviced. I didn't have an appointment but Henry and his staff in the service department were able to get me in . While Dave was checking in my car , he was able to find out that I had an open recall on it , and they were able to take care of it while they were servicing my car. After they were done with my car I spoke to Dave N. , the mechanic that worked on my vehicle, he explained to me everything that he did on the vehicle and showed me what was changed as part of the recall. Keep up the great work guys !!!!!

In my case I had purchased a used car at this dealership. The experience was acceptable;
However, my journey to get a title for my car was something I would never expected from a professional outfit.
I had to travel in person to pick up the title. Even though, I was told that it will be mailed to me. Traveling two hours one direction to get a document which could have been sent can be very unpleasant experience.
As a "bonus' I had to pay a penalty at a DMV office since my registration was two day before temporary plates expired.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Charlie Garcia these past couple of months while shopping for my new Mazda CX-5. Charlie was able to give me all the facts about my new car as well as facts of the competition to help me make the right decision for my family and myself. Not only was he very knowledgable, he was also a lot of fun to speak to. He worked well with his team to secure the price I was looking for and made sure I understood all the details of my purchase. Charlie is amazing. I've had my Mazda for 4 years and he has never steered me wrong. I love my car and I love how honest and cool Charlie is. The relationship you build with this dealership is for a lifetime

Had a great experience at Mazda of Lodi! The staff was great, Mike (my sales rep) was honest, to the point and not pushy at all. He worked hard to get my an amazing deal on a 2015 Mazda 3. They definitely earned my business and I know I left knowing I made the right choice. I highly recommend going there! It was painless and I left with my new car that day. Great deal on my trade in, more than double what I was quoted from other dealerships and I couldn't be happier.
