I currently live here and the super is terrible, I have a psychotic lunatic who gets put in a nuthouse every other month living upstairs, no help speaks any English, no heat in the winter, mold in my bathroom and they wait so long to take out my rent check I can't keep up with what month I'm on. Straight up dreadful.

If you want someplace with hot water that doesn't work, bedbugs and filthy couches and mattresses that fester in the parking lot for months this is your place!

Terrible place to live. There is always some sort of problem. Suggest not going there ever. No problems r ever solved. No heat or hot water, no maintenence. No help. Winter they don't clean snow on time or ever. Super never helps he is always hot tempered n lazy. Squirrels, cats and other animals problem

I lived there for 3 god-awful years. It was horrific. They never listened to any of our complaints. No heat in the winter. Birds and squirrels were getting into the roof. We complained many, many times. They did nothing! The property is not well maintained at all compared with surrounding garden apartments.

I went to see apts before renting it.. first of all super was so rude on phone He was not ready to answer any of my question. He showed up half hour late to show me apt.... while he was showing the apts 2-3 tenants came to him with complain he was not co-operative to them also. when I asked question RE: apts he replied very rudely and tired to judge me based on my race, and you need to know some other language then English to talk to him..... very rude
