Uneducated, rowdy, inpatient, front counter person. She only wants to overcharge you and forbids you to question her, or she'll say "go call the police" (which they obviously pay well for being on their list of contacts).
Horrible service and will charge above state & town maximum towing service. Be sure to check and take them to small claims court if that happens.
Beware at allllll costs!
