- Terrible #59838

Horrible. Called on the phone for a last minute exam. I'd understand if they were booked, instead they say to come in. Prior to getting there I asked if they take my vision coverage, no response. I did not have my health insurance card on me because it's in my car at the dealership. This place is in 15 minutes walking distance so they say come in anyway. I get there and they turn me away for not having my card and all the employees are terribly rude. Possibly because they are extremely elderly and out of touch with reality. Hopefully nobody else intends to use their services.
