I saw Dr. Richard Lin recently for a complex intestinal issue that I have been all over the city to be evaluated with. His office was prompt and courteous. The receptionists were especially polite. He was extremely thorough and caring and addressed all of my concerns. He was extremely appropriate and took the time to explain things to me even though I asked multiple times. He even went over the typical time which is more than the 5 minutes I got in other offices. I highly recommend him.

This doctor was incredibly rude to me. He would not make eye contact and he rolled his eyes every time I voiced a concern. He basically told me that unless I was willing to undergo major surgery or extreme medication regimens I was wasting his time. He has no interest in exploring alternative methods. I had to ASK him to do a physical examination. After 10 minutes he rushed out the door without helping me at all.
