Ever since I was a boy I always wanted to be a ninja and now I am. Thanks to this supportive community of outlandish characters, I now want to workout and strive to be 1% better everyday.

They live their motto everyday: ridiculous humans, serious fitness. I never thought I would actually look forward to going to the gym. MFF is my second home.
