I did the 21 day makeover with Nathaniel and it was amazing! I noticed the positive changes in my body fairly quickly. The workouts were quick, but intense and very, very efficient! I have two babies, a full time job, and a husband who travels all the time for work, and I was still able to make the 21 day makeover workouts fit into my schedule. Nathaniel was extremely accommodating and made it easy for me. I would highly recommend him - especially for busy, working moms!
