Incredible experience. This is the real italian cousin of today. I'm Italian and I found the food superior compared with resturants in Italy. Probably the best italian resturant in Manhattan. Pasta all'amatriciana is terrific.

Came here for a variety show that was absolutely amazing. I can't say what the place is like for dinner or anything like that although we ordered a few small plates that were good as well as some decent drinks. Service was great and it was a really nice spot to watch a smaller performance. The men's room was pretty great too with the waterfall tv in the urinal.

I went here with some collegues on a Tuesday for dinner. We had great seats at the bar.
We first ordered Margherita pizza and the Focaccia al tartufo they both tasted delicious For drinks, I ordered a cocktail called Roza it was rose liquor mixed with gin with a little bit of honey in it. It is definitley worth to try this one it is an amazing mix and flavour.
Next, we ordered the peperoni dolci grigliati con farcia al tonno which was served with delicious grilled red peppers stuffed with tuna and some rice croquettes. For dessert I have tried the tiramisú and their cheesecake with lavender which were both truly outstanding.
The atmosphere and the staff were really friendly. I really enjoyed my experience at Mamo Restaurant and I would definitely come back here.

The other night after a late meeting at work, a few work colleagues and I went to a great restaurant named MAMO for quick bite and a cocktail. MAMO looked small from the outside but was surprisingly large with two floors with plenty of seating and a bar on each floor. We sat at the downstairs bar and ended up ordering a few appetizers and a couple pizzas that were really good. My personal favorites were the rice croquettes that had a delicious batter and sauce, and the cherry tomato, fresh cantal cheese pizza. I’d put their pizza up against any other pizza in New York. After that we split the best rigatoni and meatballs I’ve had in years. If I wasn’t full from the appetizers, I probably would have got my own plate of rigatoni. Between the phenomenal food and the friendly staff, MAMO is definitely a place I’ll be returning to.

I came here for brunch on a Sunday and was surprised that the crowd was not larger. It is a beautiful restaurant with really amazing staff.
I loved that they had a prix fixe meal for $28 and it included a starter, a main, and a dessert.
For my starter I had octopus salad, which was decent but not amazing. One thing that I did like is that they were very generous with the octopus.
For my main, I ordered the salmon with pureed cauliflower and broccoli. I loved the pureed cauliflower, so much so that I am considering making some at home! It paired very well with the salmon and broccoli.
For my dessert, I had vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries, which were pretty good.
Good value for the money!
