Macy's Furniture Gallery

This has happened to us several times now - this store in particular has false advertising about what it has in the store as floor models. Luckily, after the 1st time we were fooled, we called ahead and learned that what the website was indicating as an in-store floor model was actually not on the floor (and according to the associate, that model has NEVER been on the floor!). How does a store continue to operate like this in this day and age?! Unreal!

When we got delivery, we did not have an option to select different time. There is no human being you can talk to. It's all automated. We got different color of table compared to what we saw in store. And this is worst customer service ever. They charge 15% restocking fees and don't give delivery charge as well!!!!!!! Useless...there are so many other stores which sells good furniture and provide good customer service. We are stuck with the table which we don't like!!!!!!

I went into the store to browse around. I had been thinking for a while to buy a sectional sofa, but the prices were too high and the quality was not good. I was greeted, then allowed to look around without anyone hounding me. I saw three sectionals that I liked and the prices were very affordable. I asked Jasmin for information on one of the sectionals because I was not sure if it would fit in my livingroom. She was friendly and printed the meadurments. I went home and told my husband. We measured and saw it fit. we went to the store that afternoon and the other sales lady, Debbie, was there since a Jasmine had gone home for the day. Debbie was wonderful. We looked at the three sectionals and measured. She answered all of our questions. We bought the sectional and she also suggested the worry nomore coverage, which protected our sectional for 7 years should it break or stained or the mechanical part would break. We got it. It us peace of mind. She was wonderful and the process to buy was easy. We would definitely go back and recommend this store to anyone.

Not sure what happens in this place...but it is not good! Arrogance and ignorance are not synonymous with the Macy's brand, so why is it employed at this location? I'm not sure but it is and I will never shop here again. I've been a proud Macy's shopper for over 15yrs and have not ever been treated like I was here. 3 out of 3 sales people were rude and the last one wouldn't come within 5ft of us as we inquired about purchasing an almost $2600.00 floor sample sectional. Like really don't take a job working with the public knowing that you only want to work with people who look like you...it's 2013 not 1913 get over yourself! Shame on you Rita, John and rudest the of all whose name escapes me, I hope that you are all removed from the Macy's family and replaced with people who actually want to work for an amazing diversed company...no matter who walks into the place.
