Be cautious when taking children (unless you wish to expose them to profanity). I was in the store yesterday and the music played throughout the store was rap with curse words (d*mm and f**k). A young mother complained as her son was in the store and the employee told this mother that she "needed to understand" that a goal of the store was to also sell music.
It's a shame as I used to take my young niece to B&N, but I will not be doing so again!

This is why book stores are going out of business. This BN would not honor there online pricing for a book. I will not shop at BN again. I guess it's back to Amazon 2 day delivery.

I go there every year for school trips. Iam used to the place so when others get confused its fun to tell them where there book is. Customers are friendly and employees are very nice

love this store. the books that i want are always available. the employees are very friendly. i also like that there is great seating in the cafe part of the store. you can grab a snack, dinner, and read a magazine. best barnes n nobles i know.
