After purchasing a brand new condo from this company, it's been nothing but trouble! They have never fixed the issues with the unit that I identified before closing. I now have 3 leaks in my ceilings and walls. In addition, I was told extra soundproof materials were used, but this is a blatant lie. I can hear every step of the person above me, not to mention when they talk or use the bathroom! Al Mauti, the owner, even witnessed the lack of soundproofing and laughed. He said I should hit my ceiling with a broom. I wish I never bought from this company. They will never respond to your issues once they have your money.
