I actually found Dimatic from Home Advisor. My technican was Sheldon. He called to confirm my appointment and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to troubleshoot my boiler issues. I own a very old boiler that was converted from coal, to oil and finally to gas.
He was very organized and methodical in his approach. He even checked other components to make sure that they were functioning at their optimum. Sheldon was very pleasant and explained his process. He got my approval for the various costs related to the repair.
Best of all, Dimatic's pricing was fair for my budget. I have already mentioned the company to my friends in the area. I will surely use them again for my Plumbing and HVAC needs.

About 3 weeks ago, we called our home warranty service stating our a/c was not working. Waited a week before the company they recommended came. Needless to say, they fixed one problem but cold air was not coming through the vents. Made 2 more appointments to correct the problem and on both occasions they were a no show Called our home warranty repair company on 6/8/15. Knowing how distressed we were, their representative Jackie said to stay on the line while he contacted another a/c repair company. One company couldn't get to us until 6/10/15 but Dimatic Control said they could be there in a few hours. Got a call from Sheldon Smith, Dimatic Control and he said he would be there around 5 pm. He reconnected wires that were probably disconnected by the other technicians...got the air going so that we would be comfortable that night, but did inform us that the control board needed to be replaced because of some burnt circuitry. He got the part and returned 6/9/15. Thank you Mr, Smith for your promptness and professionalism. You are a true credit to your profession. In the future, I will tell my home warranty service that I want you, and you alone, for any problems that might arise in the future. I have sung your praises on my Facebook page and the Home Adviser website....and I'm not done yet. If I could rate you with 10 stars....I would!!!

I had a great experience with Dimatic Control, the guy that came to my house he was very professional and well experience on what he was doing. I like to know what any repair personal is doing in my home well, the guy who came by explains and show me what needs to be done, one thing that amazes me is how fast he found and fixed the the problem. Thanks guys!

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable, he troubleshoot my furnace and found the problem within minutes while other contractors told me i needed a new furnace. It was such a relief to know i didn't have to pay out a large sum of money to replace my furnace. KUDOS to the guys at Dimatic Control on a job well done!
