They sold me a high end car with a starter that went out 3 months after I bought it. Took it to their service at The Nissan dealer up the street, they said it was the battery, they charged the battery then I was still having the same issue, I was stuck somewhere after the car did not want to start. I finally had to take it to the parent dealer which they had to fix the issue.

I had a great experience here. I spoke to Jose Maldonado. He listened to what I wanted and found me something with everything I had in my previous vehicle, plus more. I never would have thought that I could afford the beautiful vehicle I am now driving. Thank you all at Lynnes.

Terrible experience with the dealership. They sold me a car with nail in a tire. They promissed me to get it "fixed" and made me come back 3 times. 2 months later it started leaking air again to the point that I had to get new tires.
The vehicle I bough had a "clean" carfax report. Now 2 ears later I found out that the car was in an accident, was repainted and had damages under the hood.
Avoid this dealership at all cost.

PLEASE TO WHOEVER IS READING THIS DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP NOT EVEN TO USE THE RESTROOM ! LIARS AND CHEATS LOOK LIKE ANGELS COMPARE TO THEM SLITRY SNAKE CHRIS HARRIS SOLD ME A JUNK CAR THAT I RETURNED . SELLING A CAR LIKE THAT IS ILLEGAL!!! I FINALLY HAD ENOUGH AND HAD TO SCREAM FOR MY MONEY BACK THE MANAGER AL IS A SNAKE AS WELL WHO GAVE ME PORTION OF MY MONEY BACK AND MONEY . FOLKS THIS IS A BAD PLACE THAT HAVE OVER 90 CASES OF FRAUD IN THE OFFICE OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PLACE PLEASE THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS!!!!

Told me to go see the Lexus RX 350 in a specific color and price amount, drove almost an hour to be shown a completely different vehicle. Was upset, but just told them that I did not come for that car, and left.
Got a call on my cellphone 10 minutes later telling me to come back to see the right car. Almost at the Parkway, I decide to return. Was greeted by a different sales rep. I was taken by another sales rep to drive "up the road to their Nissan" location. The phone rang, and the sales rep answered. It was another sales rep telling us to come back, that the car was an hour away in "its other Nissan" location. Oops, they got "confused" again.
So, we were told that the car is really nice and that we will see it. They told us to expect a call from Tiffany to schedule another appointment. Lo and behold, one week later, I'm still waiting for Tiffany to call me and schedule yet another time to see the vehicle. There is no respect for people's time here. I had a terrible experience.
