Dunkin' Donuts

Horrible Customer Service... Manager double charges whip cream when you get a free iced coffee just to make sure they get that extra .25 so a free iced coffee with my dunkinperks cost me .25 cents! When I confronted her about it she said "I have to pay for the whip cream" no other DD has ever done this. To make matters worse she didn't even give me a double whip cream it was melted into the coffee by the time I was on the parkway. After the second time she did this to me I decided to not go there anymore and wait until I got to work in Paramus which is awesome by the way. I just don't think it's fare for me to always pay for a large iced coffee with whip cream and then when it's time for me to get a free one I still have to pay smh

This is the worst DD I've been in. They are soooooo slow. I was once given a stale donut.

Very small. Not a place to read the paper.
Staff is good.
Location is right on corner to entrance of Parkway, so its great for quick stop before work.

This place does not even deserve a star. It was a mess. The service was not met to customer needs. Overall experience was less satisfying than my weight on the scale this week

This is byfar the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. The place is dirty for one. If your looking for dounuts you won't find them here cause there always out with a very silm selection. But it all comes down to the coffee dont and I mean DONT! exspect them to get it right especially the night crew with there rude manners and bland expressions on there face as if your annoying or bothering them. The reason I am writing this in the first place is to try and save time money and more. But you've been to other dunkin donuts before right? Let me paint a picture for you I was a regular at this store would go there five days of the week but over time silmed my visits cause of one clerk in a particular shes an older lady with glasses with the worst personality of them all and she single handedly is why I will nevvvvveeerr ever go back first it started two days ago I ordered my usual coffee french vanilla lite and sweet ice coffee medium which was completely discussing due to syrup sugar that was put in it for the first time ever I dislike it alot but what occurred to me was I was never ask if I wanted that. But when I came back and spoke about it she was very nasty no apology just blah when I was 20 cent short of a coffee I should've got for free she natch it out of my girlfriends hand and handed me back my money and we left and told her we are never coming back and thats my review
