Wanted to chat with the guys about the cars, instead they asked for my personal information (phone, address, etc.). I politely declined, but clearly they were irked. Eventually wanted to look into a test driving a Certified Pre-Owned Forester - "sorry sir, we need your information in the computer". I said no, and they lost a customer.

10 minutes later I am at the Hyundai dealership test-driving a Santa Fe - no hassle, no problems.

Never going back, clearly these guys at Lynne are amateurs without any ability to respectfully deal with customers.

I purchased my car from Lynnes Infiniti in Bloomfield earlier in April of this year...Infiniti g35x fully loaded...I went back in trade this in for the M35x...I tell the Salesman that I want it fully loaded with all the bells and whistles that can come with it..I was under the impression that it was at 50k fully loaded....Not at all, he gives me the one that fit that bill(which i didn't really bother arguing him for as all the paper was written up and there wasn't a major differenr but another 5k difference)...I purchased my g35x for 39K and i had asked the guy if i was foolish to trade that in when i would think that the most i would loose on the trade was about 3000-4000..the guy said let me look at the car and let you know...mind you, he never stepped outside once to look at my car....I was willing to do it for the size of the car...The guy reduces the sticker price for the m35x with the entertainment package only to charge me for all the other taxes and shipping fee outside the tag price of all the things that should have been included in the price...I didn't notice it until i went to sign the contract and i compared all the things to the sticker and realize the salesman was trying to get one over me..I cancelled the deal as i don't think anyone that goes into a dealshhip to purchase a luxury car should have to go thru someone that lies and cons somoene...I would never go here no matter what they offer me....When you spend that kind of money, the last thing you want to worry about is the person that is selling you is telling you one thing and writing up another thing...
