The staff was rude and unprofessional. I was looking at buying new leggings and the employees where busy having a conversation. The manager was passive aggressive when I asked to speak to her.

Called the store desperately searching for a tank on clearance I bought in CO. Nick was the most helpful educator I encountered after making calls for over an hour. Not only did he locate the tank after searching inventories, he confirmed the store had it before calling me back. Exceptional service and thank you!

I resisted, heaven only knows I did. Was not going to be another one of those Lulu addicts. Great shopping experience, helpful sales people (if this is the future of retail, brick and mortar is not going to go anywhere) and fantastic product. Now I know why all the moms and not-moms in town live in their pants.
