Really awesome and professional customer service. I went to exchange some uniforms I bought online. One of the retail associates named Kimberly gave me such great customer service she was so helpful and including the Manager.Thanks ladies for helping.

I ordered uniforms a month ago and have yet to receive them. Every time I call to inquire there is always a new excuse. Some of the employees refuse to even look up my order and see its progress. When I visited the store first to place my order the store was messy and dusty. There were scrubs piled on the floors. I can't believe this place is still in business!

Debra and Patty received a package that was supposed to be delivered to me via UPS. They called my business, spent a lot of time working with me to figure out what happened, and then sent it out the following day with UPS. These 2 ladies were so helpful in solving this mystery and gave their time so freely and pleasantly to ensure the right thing was done. I can't thank you enough!

You'd think that Calling & actually speaking to someone prior to your arrival confirms that someone will be there at the store (2hrs before closing time)... guess the Popeyes across the street has a really strong hold on some people...
Granted there was a "back in 10min" sign, but after 15min of waiting, I thought that this was unfair to myself & the 2 other people waiting. Note to self: do not wait til Sunday night to purchase supplies needed for Monday morning.
