Bad experience. Mostly in the clothing department ESP for kidS. It's bad enough moms and dads have to come to the place with their kids just being impatient. They are very short staffed and the if there's any staff at all they work slow. Sometimes you can tell it's the workers not just the actual management. But at the end of the day WHO IS MANAGING THIS PLACE? My husband and I agreed that we wouldn't miss this place if it closed like all other stores have in the Kings Plaza Mall.

I literally just made a phone call asking if the girl could so a stock check for a pair of shoes and she curtly said "No." How do you work in Macy's and can't do a stock check?????? Lol retail workers are such a joke these days.... Absolutely no customer service. She asked me for an item number and I told her I didn't have an item number I just know the name of the shoe and she rudely hung up on me. How do you still have a job? I will be calling for the manager.

Omg this Macy's has the worst service. The cashier don't know what the fuk their doing. I asked for black shoes to be shipped instead they place an order for brown ones. Than after bringing it back they claim the black ones are not on sale im like wtf at the time I order them they were and this was only a week ago it's not my fukin fault u shipped me the wrong color. They also said they can't exchange and need the Macy's card in order to use the returned money to get the shoes in black. Poor customer service.

It's too bad this Macy's location in the Brooklyn Kings Plaza Mall continues to be completely short staffed unable to service customers promptly with one register, one person cashing out on a Sunday morning. The never turn on their air condition to cool off environment from hot spot lights. You order online for a pick up with no one available to help you pull from their stock room.

Worst macys ever, i wanted to buy a comforter, but i havent seen any asociate to help me, sales people are very very rude and lazy, so Dont Go there, save your time and money
