I depend on Borbas Pharmacy Medical Supply as my surgical supply store. They carry a complete line of Ostomy products at prices that are lower than I can order online. I used to order on line and wait for a delivery did not always arrive on time. With Borbas I walk down the street and around the corner and pick up what I need. Should they be out of a product which rarely happens, they always have a temporary alternative.

They are conveniently located on Bath Ave. in Brooklyn and have the best selection of wheelchairs and scooters. The staff is very knowledgeable. They also take every form of health insurance and are Medicare and Medicaid savvy.

It is great to have a place like Borbas Pharmacy Medical Supply right here in my Brooklyn neighborhood. I can purchase my diabetic supplies without having to travel. They have experts on duty that can show me all the latest testing products. The staff makes me feel very comfortable

This place is lucky to receive one star since you cannot give less. I had called to inquire about a Knee Scooter to off-load my wife's foot and was rushed off the phone since it was close to closing time but have been told that they did carry them. I had my wife call back the next day to get further information since her doctor gave her a prescription and Borbas' Business card. When my wife called she had spoken to a woman that continued to interrupt my wife and interrogate her asking how did she get her card. My wife had to clarify it was the general business' card not her personal business card (very defensive). The whole time my wife is trying to explain her situation and what is needed she was cut off. It is one thing for this woman to barely speak the English language correctly but don't interrupt a customer being rude the whole time. We are definitely going to spread the word about this horrible service and I will be speaking to my wife's doctor whom is also a family friend and have them no longer refer business to this company. They have lost more than a single customer's business with is interaction, they will loose MANY potential customers! By far the worst interaction with a company that is there to help people.
