I bought my mother a beautiful selection of truffles and she said she almost swooned after trying them. She LOVES chocolate and I have always gifted her chocolate from my travels all over the world. She says these are the BEST! And so convenient to pick up on our frequent visits to NY.

I found out very recently that Leonidas is owned by an American who made his fame in Belgium and came back and opened his own chocolate shops in American soil. It is not an easy competition for chocolate in Belgium for sure. It is not the best out there but it is pretty good and not as pricey as some of the best ones. If you do come here, you need to get their pralines as these are the ones worth your money.

My sister just celebrated her 60th birthday so I ordered her 60 pieces of chocolate. Her and her husband both say that this is the best chocolate they have ever had and they have bookmarked the website so they can place more orders. I haven't tried Leonidas yet but I'm placing an order for myself as soon as I hit 'send' on this review.
