On your website you state that you take pride in your parents' company and the high quality of service that you provide. That is not at all what I am receiving. I was told it will take 2 weeks for my shipment from NY to FL and it has taken 1 whole month. My children are sleeping on the floor and have started school, and everyone in your office acts as if that is ok. I understand Spanish 100% but am not fluent in speaking and your office treated me as if my situation was a joke because I wasn't able to express it correctly in Spanish and they don't fully understand English. I had someone translate for me on 3 way and Eduardo Mendez put the phone down and said that he is going to let us finish because he doesn't want to hear it. The lack of professionalism that you have going on in your NY office is far from what your parents built in 1934. When we asked to speak with you no one would pass the call through and stated that they ran the whole situation by you and you did not care. I will make sure that any and everyone that is interested in even making a move intra state or out of state with you changes their mind. I will be very vocal with everyone in sight, put ads in the newspaper, whatever needs to be done, because your company is a disgraceful, unprofessional mess, and everyone will know about it.

Una falta de seriedad total, contraté sus servicios porque supuestamente eran los más serios y "me vendieron la moto" de que se tardaban unas 4 semanas aproximadamente en trasladar mi carga desde Miami a San Juan, cobraron el 80% por adelantado y resulta ser que después de 11 semanas ni se digan a llamar, ni a responder los correos electrónicos que he enviado para poder hablar con un responsable de su empresa con el propósito de conocer la situación de mi mudanza, ya que no hay personas en sus oficinas de Orlando, NY y Puerto Rico que me sepan decir que sucede con la misma. Es una burla, una falta de respeto total. Cada vez que llamo a sus distintas oficinas es literalmente un peloteo, nadie sabe nada ni quieren asumir responsabilidad, desde Octubre que no recibimos ni una llamada... Ustedes son la INCOMPETENCIA en su máxima expresión.
