Hands down the best moving company I've worked with! I would recommend this company to anyone who is moving!
First of all, my husband and I move A LOT. To be more precise we've moved 7 times in the last 4 years, and Key Moving was the most professional, courteous and hassle-free move we've ever had.
When we started to look for the moving company, we only knew that we're moving out of New York, but weren't sure where to, Miami or LA. So most companies wouldn't even deal with us or wouldn't provide quotes. From the very beginning Key Moving was very transparent about their pricing, gave us a very accurate estimate and turned out to be by far the cheapest company I've seen. We decided to store our things for a couple of months in one of their storage units, while we travel, and then make a decision.
Scott, the gentleman who I talked to over the phone, was very professional, quick to respond and always delivered what he promised.
On the day of the move, movers arrived on time, were also very polite and professional and did their job very quick.
After that Daniel was following through with our move, and also was very very nice and really on top of it. He did us a huge favor along the way, and helped us to get rid of our couch, because our new place already had one.
When we finally decided to move to Miami, I gave them a call, and in less then a week we got our stuff. Also very hassle-free.
Boxes were in good condition, we had two broken glasses, but I consider it a success, given all the moving our boxes have been through.
Anyway, as I said, would recommend them to anyone!

I have to say I had a quick move the guys were very helpful and most importantly careful & thoughtful of all of my belongings.
They worked fast & efficient.
I highly recommend Key Movers & also Thank Mr.Scott for all of his help in getting me my moving date all set and answering any questions I had.

Excellent service and great communication. Everything was spelled out very clearly beforehand so no unexpected issues. Very professional service for both moving and storage. Very fair hourly rate!!!!! I would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends!!!!!

ONE OF THE MOST EXCRUCIATING TASKS OF MY LIFE; TRAUMATIC, MONSTROUS, OVERWHELMING AND NOT ONE I WANTED TO DEAL WITH...THEN THERE WAS A VERY CALM, COOL AND COLLECT SALESMAN- BOBBY, WHO ASSURED ME, (YEA RIGHT I SAID), ALL WOULD BE HANDLED BY THE TEAM AT KEY... THEIR PACKERS WERE PROFESSIONAL, THEY WOULD HANDLE IT ALL.. AS MUCH TIME AS YOU NEED...WELL OVER 1 1/2 DAYS, OVER 65 MAN HOURS LATER, A TRACTOR TRAILER WAS PACKED AND LOADED OF MY LIFE, ALL BOXED AND TAPED CLOSED! MY 1875 SQ FOOT WAREHOUSE WAS IN 300+ BOXES, ON AN 18 WHEELER HEADING SOUTH! AND THERE WAS TURK..THE DRIVER OF THE 18 WHEELER- A NICER GUY, WITH PATIENCE LIKE A DOCTOR..SITTING AROUND WAITING FOR HIS LOAD, CHATTING WITH ME TO EASE THE PAIN, AND STAYING IN TOUCH ALONG THE 1300 MILE JOURNEY- DANNY...WHAT CAN I SAY- THE OWNER OF KEY, COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING..NOT LOOKING TO RUSH THE JOB, TOOK EXTRA TIME, OUT OF HIS POCKET, TO GET THIS JOB DONE TO MY SATISFACTION...AND AN EXTRA SHOUT OUT TO JOSE, THE DRIVER OF THE TRAILER'S HELP...UNLOADING 1700 CUBIC FEET, 300+ BOXES IN 5 HOURS, WITH THE HELP OF TURK! IF ANYONE IS EVEN REMOTELY CONCERNED ABOUT RELIABILITY, DEPENDABILITY, COURTESY, RESPECT,AND PROFESSIONALISM...LOOK NO FURTHER..I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL ON KEY IF NEEDED IN THE FUTURE, AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!

We had a great experience with Key Moving! We moved across state lines with 2 bedrooms worth of furniture, much of which was fragile. Pedro and his team were professional, efficient and pleasant. We got a flat rate, yet the movers still went above and beyond to ensure that our furniture was dis-assembled and re-assembled without a scratch. I would use them again and will recommend them to friends!
