I went a total of 4 times to this place. I was very satisfied with my first two visits but my last two totally ruined my overall rating of this place. For my third visit, I asked them to dye my hair from black to light brown. My hair color didn't change a bit after they dyed it, and so they went for a second time with no improvement. They finally said that my hair was "undyeable" and still charged me for the full service. I went to other hair salons and had my hair dyed before a couple of times, and trust me, my hair is not "undyeable". I went again to give it a second shot which I wanted to book for 6.00 pm. But the person that answered the phone told me that 6.00 was not possible but at 6.30 pm they sure could take of me. I asked again if by 6.30 pm they sure could take care of me because I had to be somewhere else later that day. Their answer was yes. I was there on time, but they told me to take a sit that they were almost done. Which they kept me waiting for 30 minutes more. Without thinking it twice I just took my jacket and left. I will never go back to this place again.

My search for a great stylist is finally over! Being that I am very picky when it comes to my hair, I have never come out of a salon feeling completely satisfied - until today! I just got my hair cut by "Kelly" and without having to explain it twice she cut my hair EXACTLY how i wanted it - EVEN BETTER! I would definetly recommend her and this salon. The service was very professional, the price was very reasonable and I felt very comfortable.
