Springfield Nail

They are a small nail salon. You can tell they try and take as many clients as they can. So yes at times they do seem unfriendly but that's not the case. They are working super hard trying to meet everyone's demands. Best advice is MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT YOU WANT. If you feel like you are being rushed let them know politely. Communication is key. I haven't had a horrible experience. But they do at times tend to rush. I get my gel manicure and sometimes it will last me 3 weeks and sometimes it will last 1 week. I think they are nice. I just wish they wouldn't rush your pedicure.

This place is absolutely AWFUL! I would be absolutely crazy to EVER go to this place again. To begin, I went into the salon on wednesday at 4:54 pm for a gel nail with uv light set. The workers were extremely unfriendly and unpleasant and they seem to refrain from greeting their customers. Second, I sat in the salon for A WHOLE HOUR before they finished doing my nails that they already started.They decided to take the customers who came in thirty minutes after me, rather than getting me finished and out the door. At one point all the workers were doing pedicures on people who came in the door AFTER me as I sat their waiting for them to finish. It was absolutely DISGUSTING. After I expressed my concerns one of the workers named Kim proceeded to tell me, "we sorry, nobody feel like doing gel nails." I was stunned...if a nail place does not want to provide NAIL service then it needs to be SHUT DOWN. I do have to add, once Kim was done with my nails......it was a PISS POOR job. This place is the worst nail place i have ever been to. Period.
