Everything you could want from a boxing gym! I took kickboxing classes here and got trained with TECHNIQUE and FORM and really learned how to work my hands. The owner Michael is extremely welcoming, and makes you feel at home, and really gives you the one on one that you need to succeed. I would reccomend this gym to anyone!

Went here for about six months and saw great results. They are professional and courteous, but tough in the classes. You will sweat! Great way to work out, though.
