K&G Fashion Superstore

Today I went to purchase a dress at K and G. This was my first time going to this store. I went to the cashier to ask her with the fitting room was located. She took the dress and added more detectors to it. At first, I thought she was ringing up the dress, so I told her I was not ready to purchase the dress, and I wanted to try it on again. She said, "No, I am just adding more detectors". I informed her that I am a licensed professional and it is not my intention to steal a dress. I was insulted because I wanted to try on the dress, and she added detectors. I did not look thugged out or anything. It would behoove them to learn etiquette when customers come into the store. It would be advantageous for them to add a myriad of detectors on their clothing prior to a customer picking a merchandise.

All the reviews are true. I shop here often. Not because of the service but because of the products. I hold my nose and shop quickly. One of the employees, literally followed me around the entire second floor. When I shop, I focus, because I am putting together a number of options for one piece. Every time I looked up this one employees was fixing something in front of me, that did not need fixing. I felt bad for her. Not to mention a supervisor of some sort was reprimanding, writing up, doing a performance evaluation with one of the employees, ON THE FLOOR! I must say, the employees was letting the supervisor "have it"!!!! ...... And yes, this store ALWAYS opens LATE!! It IS terrible!!!

Horrible experience I had on two occasions I went to this store, I use a back pack to put my personal belongings, (more like pocket book) when I entered the store the first time there was no body by the door to check my bag, I proceed to go upstairs and shopped, when I was done going downstairs to cash, then this guy by the door would tell me I have to check my bag in, I told him NO I am going to cash now , no need to keep my bag, I went to cash and he literally followed me threatening and was very disrespectful, the second time I went there he tried to stop me and ask me to check my bag saying I cannot go upstairs with it, I was damned if I would leave my bag with all my personal belongings there, this is horrible no customer should go thorough this..
