- Terrible #232018

I call today about about the shipment i was suppose to recieve today. I called to ask them if they can hold the package for me in the store instead of sending it out on the delevery truck. A lady pick up the phone twice as i called and as soon as i wanted to start talking, she said wrong number and hangef up my phone. It happen twice. What type of customer service is that

I came here for get something scanned and the gentlemen that helped me out was super nice. BUT the lady was so rude!!!! She refused to be helpful and the prices here are such a rip off! I asked to have three documents scanned and sent to my email. It cost me over $7 and I wanted two separate documents. She refused to help me out after charging for it. She was attitude for no reason.
