great value for money. the pepperoni pizza was out of the world!

The pizza wasn't that good bad customer service. and the place is overrated.

It was 330 almost 4 AM on Thursday well Wednesday late night to the nobody that was out.
Nobody but me.
going against the grain as per usual driving into Manhattan when all of Greenwich Village (which is where this place is located) has driven out of Manhattan.
Nonetheless - I was starving. And I was determined to eat good food not just stop at any bodega. everyplace I stopped before Joe's (not that they were better but they were closer) was closed! Not naming anybody but nobody was actually staying open till four - or three!

Literally hunger pains kicked in just about when I turned a slight left off of seventh onto Bleecker. I wasn't helpful. Not only is Nantucket full of everyone that used to be here but NYU is clearly not in summer session anymore.

But I kept on.
It wasn't until I got out of my car and walked up to the front of my favorite pizza place that it was confirmed-- dinner was about to be served!

there they were...all the nice guys that run the place....open and ready to give me some of the most delicious dough.

these guys are awesome and despite literally no one being around ? they were open, true to form and with Pizza for me and other black sheep. baked to perfect temperature/texture, withThat salty but oil sweetness did my body good. Safely home now too.

Rub a dub dub, thanks for the Joe's grub!

Overrated.

I got the plain cheese slice, it was slightly above average in comparison to what New York has to offer these days. The slice was not Great or one of the best in NY IMO. My first complaint is that my slice was not served to me HOT. It was kinda warm. It's necessary for pizza to be served hot because that's when the cheese is at its stretchiest gooiest state. Speaking of cheese, there wasn't that much. I expect the cheese to stretch when I bite my slice, there was no stretch with this cheese.

Because this place came so highly recommended from a few people my expectations were pretty high. It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't seek this place out to have their slice again. It's definitely no competition for Prince street pizza. 3.5 stars.

Love this pizza shop! If I'm even a little hungry and in this area I have to drop in.
Standard no frills pizza spot-open late.
They've got pictures on the walls of celebs who've visited and it was featured in the Spiderman movie so it's great for friends from out of town.
Stop here for a quick and delicious NYC slice.
