Warning to anyone considering them for a project: stay away from them. I am working on behalf of a general contractor on a residential project and have more than 20 suppliers and subcontractors involved. Jansos Associates was by far the worst company involved and will never use them again.
We hired Jansons to install 3 fireplaces, flues, and electric components. From day 1 ,after getting hired,they were completely unresponsive. We had trouble getting them to come and install fireplace flues but the worst came after this work was complete. I was missing a few electric components and it took 5 months of emailing and more than 50 phone calls to get 6 parts.
I would be more forgiving with my review if these delays were due to an incompetent manager but all these issues were always addressed directly to the president of the company. He actively ignored all my attempts to reach him and once I got hold of him over the phone he will insult you and hang up on you.
We finally dropped Jansons and hired Home Crafts to help us finish the job and found them a world apart. Not surprisingly I found that Home Crafts gets a lot of business from Jansons customers who have given up on them too.
