Prime motoring is a great example of a real tuner shop should be. They have a knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices and one of the best tuners around for subarus. What more can you ask for?

AGO . THEY DIDNT NOTIFIED OR CALLED US OF ANY ISSUE FILED A CHARGE BACK.

SAYING MISSING PARTS OR NOT THE RIGHT PARTS ON THE ENGINE , THEY DIDNT WANTED TO RETURN ITEM. WE HAD NO CHOICE TO SEND ONE OF MY GUYS TO THERE SHOP AND PICK THE ITEM FROM THERE . WE FOUND OUT TRANSMISSION WAS REPLACED WE HAVE FULL CONVERSATION BY TEXT AND PICTURE WITH THEM OF ALL THE PARTS.

THE POINT : THEY HAVE 0 KNOWLEDGE OF JDM ENGINE OR PARTS .

DONT SELL THEM ANYTHING

I just had a horrible experience at Prime Motoring, I gave them a call about installing my rear sway bars and shifter rear and front bushings and to check out my front sways as the nut fell off, they first told me a price and then when i got there it was different than what they had told me. Not only that but after driving half an hour to them, and waiting for about half an hour i was told they would not be able to do any work to my car. I asked them if they can maybe just check out my front sway bar and put a new nut in because i didn't want to drive around like that. They told me no because if they're going to put my car on the lift they rather just do all the work. again i told them i dont feel safe driving around like that and they told me to come back another day. These guys aren't even licensed mechanics! The only reason they are able to stay in business is because of they're Tuner. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM
