Jade House

Great food and good customer service. Plus its a block from where I am, which is more convenient for me and my boyfriend. My boyfriend and I literally love the food he. #teamjadehouse lol

Not only did they messed up my order but they also sent me unedible food. 90% breading 10% shrimp is not acceptable under any circumstances, it was obvious they were trying to fill the container. Threw the food straight in the garbage where it belongs.

I've had two terrible experiences with this place. 1st they never delivered my food and when i called to complain they replied, "well, the food was delivered to someone so you don't get a refund." My reply, "I never received any food, no one ever came to my door." Their counter argument continued to be food was delivered so I don't deserve a refund. It took a week of me calling grubhub, and grubhub going back and forth with them to get my moneyback. 2nd time I tried their service, the delivery man would call my phone when he was in my buildings lobby and demand I came down and get the food from him. He was clearly being spiteful because I complained. I had to call the restuarant twice to get him to finally come upstairs and when he delivered the food he was very rude. He was angry at me that he had to do his job. I promptly took my food and slammed the door in his face. I'm done with this place.

Sad to see them close. It was a decent place for a consistently good meal at a good price.

To the Google User who reviewed Jade House 3 months before me...um, this restaurant has been closed for at least 9 months. You may have eaten at Empire across the street, but it definitely *wasn't* at Jade House.
