INNSIDE Nomad Hotel staff will not try to help you, even if they have made a mistake with your booking.

Upon arrival to the hotel, we noticed that the room we got was not wheelchair accessible as we had booked for. When we flagged up this mistake, the staff first tried to make it seem like a misunderstanding and a "perspective issue".
They not only made us feel like we were being overly demanding when we asked to get a room that actually met our needs, they also tried to charge us extra for a room to accommodate one of our party. Or suggested we went elsewhere instead of actually finding the will to rectify their mistake.
This, we felt, was outrageous.

Although we ended up staying and managed to get our needs met, it took a lot of painful conversations a and anger. This experience did not only dampen our time NY, it also made us feel terribly vulnerable and helpless.

I will not recommend their services nor think back at out stay with them as agreeable.

Nice Hotel, Friendly, clean, rooms are average sized. You have everythink you need there and you are in the center of Manhattan. Breakfast in the hotel bar is expensive, eat in a Cafe near there. For drinks the bar is nice. There are a lof of smal places to eat in 2-5min. walking distance. In the back of the hotel you can sit in a nice little area and enjoy the ac sound or watch some sport matches on the big screen there. When yku depart in the evening or arrive early in the morning you can store you baggages there.

I stood a couple nights here with my mother on my weekend off as she was visiting from England. From the moment i stepped onto the premises, i was incredibly surprised with how clean, modern and stylish the place was. From the waiting area by check in to the subdued bar by the front; the minimalistic, pragmatic room designs to the ecclectic mix of music played in the halls and elevators (seriously, everything from euro lounge to club remixes of jpop), there is nothing not to love about INNSide. If you have the money to spend and are looking for a place to stay in NYC thats near everything worth being around, you cant go wrong here.
