HPM is a dedicated management company. As they've grown the company has implemented methods to stream line owner/tenant requests and communications so that issues are addressed systematically. All reports and pertinent information and documents are securely stored on a portal. This system works best for those not looking for in-person and/or email communication between owner/tenant and management co.

We've been with Hudson now for a number of years and have been satisfied with the way they've run our building.
They've made our finances transparent and have helped with vendors and inspections needed by the city.
I recommend this company hands down.

I would avoid these guys, there are better options available. The portal was impossible to use on a phone and they were reluctant to take direction via phone call or email. When we switched companies they tried to make us sign a ridiculous waiver and threatened to make us sue them to get back keys, the associations money and all our records. If you like micro managing your own building using their portal as a tool HPM is a great choice. If you want someone to actually manage your property look elsewhere.

Great agency, very professional and helpful in understanding your personal requests.
Sandrine Locatelli makes you feel like a person and not a number. She is extremely efficient, professional and caring , always ready to pick up the phone to guide you all the way through the process. Hudson for me is the best!

Have a property in NJ, and I live in florida. These guys lifted a weight off my shoulders! They do all the work for me; Im always in the loop of what they do via their online system, and I can communicate with them fairly easy. Thank you so much for being on top of my unit, and making my life easy! Ian's fortunate to have found you!!!
