An absolute joke. The repairman cancelled the appointment without telling me. The company claims that he called and left a voicemail but he did no such thing. A complete lack of professionalism.

I thought the dishwasher was overloaded because it wouldn't latch. So I rearranged the dishes and glasses, but still it wouldn't latch. I got annoyed. I ended up uploading it entirely and this made a mess in my kitchen. I was even more frustrated. What changed my bad mood was the immediate assistance of Appliance Repair Hoboken. The tech was here a bit later and took care of the problem. He had to change some things but he fixed the appliance on-site. I couldn't be more grateful! Very neat dishwasher technician, too!
