I had the best buying experience of a new car ! Hudson Kia has a great sales team from Adreianna who got me in the door . She informed me that a deal could be reached on my terms . I told her what my terms were over a the phone and to please don't waste my time or hers she assured me she wasn't . It took me 2 days because I did not believe her . So I went to the show room . Then I was introduced to Richie the sales men . He is young Kid but boy he knows the business . Rich bent over backwards to find the SUV I wanted because it was not on the property but he assured me we will get what you want Rich is very pleasant and me feel very comfortable .After the vehicle was found I sat with Anson the Manager To run the numbers & as agreed with Adreianna the price I set was agreed on .From there it was Calvin In finance were the deal was closed he was the most influential person in finance I had the pleasure of meeting. Now I have bought cars from lomans ,sansone, but Hudson Kia was the best !!

This dealership sets the protocol for miscommunictation. In one day my time and clients time was totally wasted. By name Adrianna was sweet to deal with over the phone and just as apologetic when the error was made however its easy to see that once the bait is strung that the lure keeps getting thrown until someone bites. The "oh the car was sold this morning while I was away", REALLY!!!!!!!!

The bad thing is that I went through true car to find the vehicle and now see that even with true car dealerships need to be vetted even prior to visiting.

I had to come back here and retract my previous review and edit it to this one. Richie who was our salesperson was helpful as was Anson the manager. I was promised a $350.00 monthly payment which was fine since we are retired and are on a fixed budget. We left with the car on Friday and agreed to return Monday to finish the paperwork. Here comes Monday, here comes Tuesday, now here comes Wednesday and still nothing has been done because the financial rep had quit and the new one was overwhelmed. So now, its Wednesday early evening and we were finally seen. Then we were told "good news, your payment is going to be $388.00" After we were assured $350.00 and were specific when we said we CAN NOT do anymore than that. Our insurance premium was going to go up too because this was a newer car than our trade in car which was a 2006 Toyota Sienna. Luckily, our old car was not sold because we ended up exchanging the cars after being duped into believing that they would give us the price that we needed. They let us have the car for 6 days only to have us trade it back because of greed and an inexperienced salesperson. I told Anson who is the manager there that he really should have had someone else meet us at the door instead of this salesperson. He lied right to my face and when I called him on it he just gave me an empty apology.
By the way, this was for a 2011 Toyota Rav 4 not a Kia. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I will take back all of my referrals to this place and will further elaborate on my other pages. IE Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat etc.

Our salesperson Bruno was very informative and helpful. He was very patient and understanding when we were looking for the vehicle we wanted. We would definetly recommend Bruno. I feel like he went above and beyond for me. If I was to give Bruno a rating it would be a 10.

After a bad experience with the previous manager, my faith in Hudson Kia has been restored. Our salesman (Pete Garcia) was very attentive and the new manager (Anson Castillo) was very invested on making sure we had a better experience this time around. Luckily, we did. He addressed all the concerns that were neglected under the previous manager. I would now recommend Hudson Kia to our friends. Great move on hiring a different manager that truly cares about providing quality customer service. Pete was amazing and their financial team patiently answered all our questions. And to those that had previously complained and had given Hudson Kia a low rating, I would give them another chance. They have a great team and a great leader now who will exceed expectations.
