WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH; DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY ESTEEMED COMPANIES LIKE GE OR HOME DEPOT USE THEM FOR DELIVERY; HAD A DELIVERY SCHEDULED WITH HOME DEPOT AND ALSO THE HAULING/REMOVAL OF OLD APPLIANCE PAID FOR; EVEN THOUGH THEY CAME WITH THE APPLIANCE, THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN BRINGING THE MACHINE TO MY BASEMENT WHICH I HAD PAID FOR; NEITHER THEY DID WANT TO HAUL AWAY THE OLD APPLIANCE; THEY WANTED TO LEAVE THE NEW APPLIANCE ON THE YARD AND GO AWAY;
NO ONE SHOULD GO THRU THE ARROGANCE OF THE PERSONNEL WHO CAME NOR THEIR DISPATCH WHO WERE NOT COMMUNICATING WELL., GE/HOME DEPOT PLS DO NOT USE HOME DELIVERY AMERICA WHO STRESSES YOUR CONSUMERS.

Terrible service. The notes on the delivery specifically said knock on the door. When they arrived to deliver the appliances, they called the cell phone which I was unable to answer at the time, but never knocked on the door. After a couple calls went unanswered, they just left without even attempting to knock on the door to make the delivery. Once I got the messages and called them back, I went through a series of transfers and long holding times to try and get someone to help, but was ultimately told that there was no way they would come back and that I would have to reschedule, despite the fact that their own notes show that the failure to deliver was their own fault. I called Home Depot who tried to help, but Home Delivery America ultimately still refused to complete the delivery. So I cancelled the entire order, ordered it from Lowes who do their own deliveries. Think twice before you order products from stores that use Home Delivery America, they're not good.

The worst company I've ever had to deal with. Horrible customer experience. Rude and insulting phone operators. The weren't able to make a delivery on time and refused to help.
I would never deal with them ever again.
