Cheap parking

Very rude and dishonest people working here. They tell you one thing when you drop off the car and then when you pick it up the pricing is completely different. They blatantly lie and take advantage of people simply because they are in a position to do so, and don't even bother to hide it. Shame on them.

Terrible experience. I called ahead and asked how much it would be to park my car from Wednesday evening to Friday evening. I was told $17/day, so $34 if it was out within 48 hours. When I went to pick it up he punched some numbers in a calculator and told me $61 dollars because I dropped it off Wednesday morning. I asked to see my ticket and showed him that I clearly dropped it off at 8 PM on Wednesday - not AM. He knocked the price down to $54. I almost accepted the loss because arguing with him was useless, but I decided to ask him what the daily rate was. He couldn't think quick enough and said it was $22. I explained to him that since I was there 2 days that the charge should be $44 rather than $54. I had accepted at this point that I wasn't going to get the $17/day rate as I had been promised, but I pushed for the $44. He finally agreed and told me to never come back.

I've definitely been overcharged here several times, usually by the overnight/early morning attendant who does arbitrarily make up fees on the spot, but at other times I've been properly charged and even undercharged. In the end, it's been a wash. Much like most of the stores in the heights, if you are not familiar with the guy working you are probably going to get overcharged. Spend a few seconds talking to the attendants and they will treat you and your car well. Even with the random pricing this lot is one of the cheapest places to park around and probably worth the 5-10 extra bucks you’re likely to have tacked on if your car has been there a few days.
