My friends had come to visit for a brief stop on their way from New Jersey to Boston, and were trying to park so that they could come into my apartment for half an hour or so. We went to this parking garage, and saw, clearly posted on the outside, a sign advertising half hour parking for $4.22. Once we got the car inside, a man informed us that it would be $30 for half an hour. I tried to discuss the rate on the sign and he simply insisted that it would be $30, while barely looking at me. We left, and my friends continued on their journey without a pleasant visit in my apartment. Consider other parking options and you may actually get to complete your plans!
