Harrows had a huge high quality selection with better prices than at the other stores (and I looked everywhere). I easily found exactly what I wanted. No hassles. And I was pleasantly surprised by such great customer service. The salesman was very helpful and patient. He even remembered me when I came back a few weeks later to make my purchase. What a pleasant and successful shopping experience! Save yourself a hassle -- just go to Harrows first. Next time that's what I'll do.

I recently enlisted the services of Harrow's to help close up my pool for the winter and make sure all of the parts were in the best shape to shut it down. Their service was amazing and their knowledge on pools was impeccable. Go to Harrow's for anything you need, they've even got patio furniture if you need it.

I'm very satisfied with their quality of furniture. Furniture that I've bought from other places wear and tear pretty fast. I purchased a beautiful patio set that held up well against my family and the weather. It still looks like new. The sales team were really knowledgeable on the maintenance and care of their furniture and helped me pick out a super-durable set for a great price.

This store is a DISGRACE! We purchased a rectangular market umbrella from them just a year ago for close to $500, and the darn thing is dry-rotting (it was stored out of the elements for the whole off-season.) and not one person in that store is remotely interested in resolving the issue. BUYER BEWARE!
