The Bedroom Source - Long Island

The bedroom source is like an old-school store, where the owners truly care and stand behind their products. We couldn't be happier with my son's bedroom furniture. The buying experience was great- there was no pressure at all and we received honest, helpful suggestions from one of the owners that guided our choice. We've had the furniture for a few years now, and are so happy with the quality and durability. Customer service after the fact has also been fantastic. One of the dresser drawers was stuck recently. I called and the owner was so kind and friendly on the phone. He sent a gentleman names Luis to my home a few days later. Luis was very nice and he fixed the problem right away. They didn't charge me for the repair even though it's been a couple of years. We are so impressed with their customer service.

What a place. 5 Stars! Truly the go to source for all of your children's bedroom furniture needs. Paul and staff were super friendly and totally low pressure. We had spent the past few weekends looking to match our twin's existing bedroom set from when they were infants. Now 6 years old, they had outgrown their converted toddler beds. Hoping to find something similar in color we looked, looked and looked. Nothing even came close. However, at the Bedroom Source, we discovered that we could order a custom color and that is exactly what we did. From purchase to that white glove delivery service. TRULY A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE! A really great, low pressure experience. My wife, myself and my 5 year old walked in and we were greeted when we walked in by Steve, and I just said that we were looking around and we would come find him when we were ready. As we walked around we saw a loft bed that was AWESOME, and I remarked to my wife "this is expensive, but it's the last bed we'll ever have to buy".... Little did I know, Steve was shadowing us, I didn't even know he was near us, and he chimed in that for a 5 year old it was awesome, but that as he got older he would probably find it too "babyish" and want something more mature. it was a good point, and he talked to us about our needs, and essentially talked us into a bed that was 60% cheaper, because it was the better choice.

The bed is being delivered tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes, but if I don't update this review, just assume it was excellent and go shopping here. You can find cheaper pine beds online, but they won't be as well made.

The Bedroom Source, 5 stars and beyond! My daughter and her small bedroom, needed a make over. We saw their commercial, went for a visit, and walked out with a loft bed, a desk and two sets of drawers...PERFECT! The Kantor brothers are extremely professional and super nice! Once I told them the size of her room, they knew exactly what we needed and it really is a perfect fit! The furniture was delivered and installed within an hour! My daughter LOVES it!! I will not hesitate to return to The Bedroom Source, for any additional pieces, and you shouldn't hesitate either...just go!

After being let down by another furniture store who couldn't keep their promises, I wasn't sure where to shop. A neighbor suggested The Bedroom Source, so I made the short trip to the store. I was greeted by Paul who made me feel comfortable and assisted me through the entire process. He helped me choose the right loft bed for my daughter with no pressure at all. Paul was in touch with me before and after my delivery to make sure I received my furniture on time as promised. Thank you Paul and The Bedroom Source.
